Worship is our highest calling and privilege. Worship is expressing to God His infinite value and worth in our lives. As followers of Jesus at Ferndale, we gather each Sunday exclusively for this purpose in our worship services. The primary goal in our services is to know all of God’s glorious attributes, to know of His gracious works, to personally experience His love and goodness, and to respond to Him in praise and adoration, humility and brokenness, commitment and consecration, faith and trust, obedience and submission.
God’s Word is central in our services, and we seek to faithfully understand and apply His Word to our lives. While the message is the same in all services, the musical style is different. We believe there is no single or right way to approach music in our services, so we allow and encourage diversity in our musical presentations.
What to Expect
As you enter the church, our Connections team will greet you and answer any questions you may have. This short video (click here to view the video) shows you what to expect when attending our in-person services. Due to provincial regulations, we have suspended our children’s ministry programs, but kids activity packets are available. Accessible washrooms are available on both levels of the church. There are offering boxes available in the lobby on Sundays, but giving is also possible through ChurchCenter and by using the “Donate” button at the bottom of this website.
We offer two service times, 9:00 am and 10:30 am, registration is required to attend (click here to register). Please note that the 10:30 am service is recorded and live-streamed on our YouTube channel. The same worship and message are provided in each service. This message is also available here on our website for those unable to attend, or wish to watch from home.
